Admission, Capacity, and Priority Entry:

While we typically accommodate all guests, capacity varies by theater and film. Each screening is unique, and some do sell out, so we strongly recommend arriving early to maximize your chances of entry.


Admission is granted on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to guild members and WrapPRO members during check-in. To improve your chances of securing a seat, we suggest arriving at least one hour before the screening. Check-in generally opens 30 minutes to an hour prior.

I RSVP'd for an in-person screening. Why did I not receive a confirmation email? 

If you do not see the email in your inbox please check your spam folder. If you do not see it there, you may have previously opted out of receiving our emails and need to opt back in.

I RSVP'd for a virtual screening. Why did I not receive an email containing the screening link?

Everyone who RSVPs for a virtual screening will be sent an email 24 hours in advance of the screening Q&A containing a link to watch the film and another link to watch the Q&A. If you do not see an email with the link please check your spam folder. If you do not see it there, you may have previously opted out of receiving our emails.

NOTE: If you unsubscribe from ANY newsletters or emails from @thewrap.com, you will not receive emails from us.

To resubscribe to our emails and receive screening invites and links, you must complete BOTH of the following steps:


Step 1: Go to thewrap.com/newsletters and subscribe to "Screenings & Events" Newsletters

Step 2: Go to thewrapscreenings.splashthat.com and sign up with the same email you used to RSVP.

I registered a guest. Why did they not receive a confirmation email?

If you registered a guest, they will not receive a confirmation email. Don't worry, your guest has been added to the RSVP list and we will have their information at check-in. Our system is only able to send a confirmation email to the primary registrant, as the guest has not technically subscribed to our emails.

I want to bring more than 1 guest, what do I do?

You are allowed to register up to 1 guest. If you would like to invite an additional person, you can share the screening's RSVP page with them and they can RSVP themselves.

Are there ADA accommodations available?

Most theaters have ADA compliant seating available. If you or your guest need special accommodations, please email us in advance and inform us at check-in.

Is parking provided?

Please refer to the screening's RSVP page or confirmation email for specific parking information.

I want to volunteer at screenings. How do I sign up?

We love our volunteers and we welcome anyone that is interested to contribute their time and skills to our screenings. If you would like to gain experience in live event production, please sign up using this link: VOLUNTEER SIGN UP
